About Us

Objectives:

This association shall serve as:

  • a centre for promoting social, educational, recreational, physical, and moral betterment for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing;
  • a source of information about talents, abilities and culture of the Deaf people;
  • a coordinating group for the educational purpose of providing new programs/services such as Deaf Literacy program, computer courses, kindergarten/day care and Youth programs;
  • a protector of rights of the same;
  • a coordinating agent for the purposes of setting up physical facilities to meet the needs of the Deaf, and;
  • a resource centre for technical aids that assist with the daily living of Deaf and Hard of Hearing people.
